It’s Halloween weekend so put on your best costume and head out to one of Grand Forks’ great live music venues. There’s a party going on everywhere. On Halloween night, catch Stealin’ Strings at the Crosstown and Downtown Horns at the Southgate Lounge. There are also two more showings of Rocky Horror this week—Friday and Saturday at midnight at the Empire.
