Jonny Lang: Turned Around, but on Solid Ground
What a resume: opened for Aerosmith, the Rolling Stones, Sting, and the legendary B.B. King; recorded as a guest with John Popper, Anders Osborne, John Mayall, and Willie Nelson. His work has appeared on the soundtracks of “For the Love of the Game” and “Blues Brothers 2000,” for which he also did a cameo appearance.

With two universities, a private college, two business colleges, a community and technical college and a number of trade schools, Fargo-Moorhead is welcoming many students back to school. Here are a few things to expect.

“The Wackness”; Sean Dillon Interview
Routine coming-of-age tale enveloped in the haze of 1994 memories and plenty of marijuana smoke. Rich soundtrack with nicely chosen cuts by Nas, A Tribe Called Quest, Craig Mack, KRS-One, the Wu-Tang Clan, Biz Markie, and the Notorious B.I.G.--to name a few.
Trollwood Performing Arts School alum and Fargo product Sean Dillon, a New York City-based actor, has a small but memorable role in “The Wackness.” Dillon graciously and on short notice agreed to chat about his experiences working on the film.

Dark Sector: Throwing the Glaive
I honestly stopped paying attention to the story about a third of the way through the game. If you decide to pick up Dark Sector, keep in mind that it’s not really about the story, but the unique gun/glaive combos and the nonstop action.

Rediscovering the Fourth of the “4 Great Comedians”
Many people are familiar with at least the names, if not the films, of Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton, and Harold Lloyd, the three most popular movie comedians of the 1920s. Devoted silent film buffs also know of a fourth “king” of silent comedy--Harry Langdon--but until this year few were able to see more than a handful of representative titles from his career.
